Technical communication and design support in Germany, with mould manufacturing, trials and inspection in Shenzhen.

DFM & tooling review

We review part geometry, resin behaviour, shrinkage, draft, gate location, cooling and mould construction before the mould design is released for manufacturing.

Project management

We provide schedules, manufacturing updates, trial plans, open-item lists and documented revision status.

Trial & validation

We coordinate the T1 mould trial and follow-up trials, sample review, dimensional reports and customer-approved corrections.

Delivery & after-sales

We complete pre-shipment checks, documentation and the agreed spare-parts package, followed by technical support for installation, start-up and agreed after-sales requirements.

Tooling & sample validation

Review the mould and trial samples together.

We review the mould construction against the approved part and tooling requirements. Trial samples are checked for dimensions, fit, function and appearance before final sign-off.
